How to Use
For adults new to hemp, it may be best to start with a few small doses over the course of the day, rather than large doses several times a day. Start with 3-5 drops under the tongue, wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and see how you feel. Slowly increase your dosage until the minimum effective dosage is reached. Repeat 2-3 times per day.
